DAVID MAYO

David is the new Director of the Office of Returning Citizens and has been charged by Mayor Wu to create a dynamic office to engage, equip and empower the returning citizens of the city of Boston. David is a 25 year professional dedicated to the service of the at risk population and those in need of support, He is a facilitator of the Nurturing Fathers Program and Collaborative Partner Award winner a mentor to fathers and young men in the Boston community. Director Mayo is also an Ordained Minister and Pastor of the Gospel, He is a graduate of Cummins Memorial Theological Seminary in South Carolina where obtained his Bachelor's in Theology and has been in Ministry for over 31 and is spiritual father to over 40 young men and women across the country. Pastor Mayo ascribes all his work and service as the ministry and legacy of his life. In his spare time David loves to read, cook and sing. David Mayo calls himself a servant indebted to his master striving to repay a love that consumes his life.
