Boston Flourish is a movement for dreamers and doers working together to build a city where everyone thrives.

 

We believe Boston flourishes best when faith, business, and civic leaders collaborate — not in silos, but in partnership. Real change takes all of us.

 

Each year, we highlight urgent issues facing our city and create space for action. Past focus areas have included youth trauma, human trafficking, and migrant care. In 2024, our platformed topics were family trauma, church property use, affordable housing, and migrant solidarity — with community leaders guiding meaningful dialogue and next steps.

 

More than a conference, Boston Flourish is a launchpad for lasting collaboration. Participants are invited to join working groups and stay engaged in ongoing efforts throughout the year.
